The latest generation of processing system in our Company consists of fully computer-controlled machines. Therefore, in addition to the traditional numerical control machines functions, we perform an automatic check of product characteristics, self-diagnosis, automatic adjustment of process parameters, and complete SPC data management.
All the machines for processing of wires and strips are either Wafios or Bihler machines.

The toolshop is equipped with all necessary machinery, machine tool, wire EDM, micro drilling machine etc. that allow Mollificio Mazzoni to design and produce on its own equipment and tooling necessary to its production.
